ORDER:
In the G.O. first read above Government have issued orders constituting a Committee under the chairmanship of Justice G. Radhakrishna Rao, Retired Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh with the supporting staff to process the applications received from interested persons for establishment, Courses vis; Nursing Colleges, Nursing Schools, Multipurpose Health workers (Female) Training Centres, Para medical Training Centres and Physio Therapy Training Centres and submit recommendations to the Government for taking final decision. The Committee was constituted initially for a period of six months and its term will expire by 28-3-2001.
2. The Chairman of the Committee in his letter 2nd read above has informed that the Committee work is in preliminary stage and the Committee has to determine various aspects such as action to be taken on the pending applications, issue of fresh notification for inviting applications from the interested parties i.e. Private organization for which the Committee has to give sufficient time for submission of the applications, after issue of notification in the news papers. There- after, the Committee has to scrutinize the applications by way of constituting Committees at district for arriving at conclusions on the recommendations to be made for establishing the Institutions which will take a minimum period of one year for completion of its work. The Chairman of the Committee has therefore requested the Government to extend the period of Committee up to 31-3-2002 for completion of the above work.
3. Government after careful consideration of the circumstances explained by the chairman of the para medical Committee hereby extend the period of the Selection Committee for para Medical Institutions Constituted in the G.O. 1st read above for a further period up to 31-3-2002. The perquisites, privileges etc., to the Chairman, the T.A., D.A., sitting fees etc., to the members of the Committee stipulated in the G.O. first read above shall continue.

4. The Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad shall meet the expenditure towards functioning of the Committee including payment of Salaries., T.A. D.A., sitting fee etc., from its funds subject to requirement of the same from the funds generated by sale of application forms for grant of permission for starting of Nursing Colleges, nursing Schools, Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) Training Centres, Para Medical Training Centres and Physio Therapy Training Centres etc.,
