ORDER:
In the G.O.Ms.No. 304 H.M&FW (K2) Dept. dated 07-08-1997 rules have been issued on Andhra Pradesh Private Para Medical Training Instituti9ons (Grant of permission and Regulation of admissions into Private Institutions) Rules, 1997. In G.O. third read above, orders have been issued reducing security deposit from Rs. 5.00 lakhs to Rs.1.00 lakh to be deposited by the proposed Private Para Medical Institutions recommended by the Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions, for establishment of Para Medical Courses, where the students to be admitted for course do not exceed twenty (20).
2. Government after careful consideration of the matter have decided to dispense with payment of security deposit to be paid by the applicant Para Medical Institutions, whose names were recommended by the Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions for starting the courses. Accordingly, Government hereby direct that the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 506, HM&FW(K2) Department, Dt. 06-11-1998 shall stand cancelled with immediate effect.
3. The Director of Medical Education/the Chairman, Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
